Claire was born on a local beef farm with half of her face paralyzed. Because of this she could not blink, and had a large painful ulcer on her eyeball, as well as pneumonia. Claire required long term hospitalization and two eye surgeries, but we managed to save her vision! Claire is strong now and her best friend is Jude!
